  1. Who couldn't use a magickally infused cuppa - or ten! - during these lingering days of winter. I will certainly be thinking of this terrific post the next time I savour a peaceful tea break.

  2. I'd never heard of yellow tea before but now I'm interested in trying it. Is it very strong? It has such a long brewing time!

    1. Yellow tea is very rare with only 3 varieties in existence today. Furthermore, its only made in a few placed in China and takes longer to make than green tea. Its not strong like black teas or pu-erh, but more delicate like green tea which is why the brewing time is so little (I just realized it says 79-82 minutes instead of 2-3 minutes.). I swear to god I made sure this was correct a dozen times before I posted it and there is still an error! Ugh!

    2. I'll have to keep an eye out for it!

On the topic of proof-reading, I submitted a paper the other day that I re-read dozens of times and ran spellcheck on, but of course right as I was about to hand in the paper copy I noticed an error. Good ol' black pen to the rescue.

    3. Isn't that the most frustrating thing in the world?! No matter how many times you check it, there is still a freaking error?!
