Stellar post + graphic. Thank you very much for creating this beautiful, informative entry for us.
I adore sodalite and keep it out on at least one of my altars year round as a general rule (particularly my sea witch altar - for as much as I adore and am at home in the forest, I am a huge sea witch at heart, too).
Sodalite is one of those crystals I have that I tend to look over for whatever reason. I tend to pick more pink stones...shocker I know. I'm trying to highlight some lesser talked about crystals overall, although carnelian is a pretty big one, at least on my blog. Its usefulness in representing fire and the Sun on altars cannot be denied.
